Chef of Mona Restaurant
He started his professional career in a five-star hotel in the UK. He spent there almost a decade of his life, developing his culinary skills. After returning to the country he served as the Chef in famous places in Silesia. Jakub prepared knightly cuisine days, catered for private airlines, worked in independent and hotel restaurants, was a catering organizer for large outdoor events. He feels perfectly at home catering weddings and receptions, where he willingly demonstrates his culinary artistry. Recently, he has been gaining new skills under the watchful eye of our Chef Patron of Mona Restaurant.

Swiss, originally from Lucerne, infected by the passion for cooking. He gained experience on almost all continents. He developed his professional career in such countries as: England, Spain, Holland, France, Germany, Russia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, Ecuador and Jamaica. He worked for the best hotel chains. Associated with Poland since 1991. Creator of the idea of “Chef’s Table” initiated in the Warsaw hotel Rialto. Since 2002 he runs the Culinary Academy. Winner of many prestigious awards, member and founder of many culinary organizations. Juror in culinary competitions, awarded with Grand Croix de l’order Etole d’Europe and Polish Culinary Oscar.
