Bartłomiej Kornacki
He gained his culinary expertise under the guidance of talented chefs, working in prestigious hotels both in Poland and abroad. However, as he notes, his greatest “school of life” was his experience working on Princess Cruises ships. He was also the owner and Head Chef at Restaurant Warszawska.
Bartłomiej Kornacki, as he is known, places taste at the forefront of his culinary philosophy. He is an award-winning chef and a distinguished participant in numerous culinary competitions in Poland, with accolades including Runner-up in the Polish Lamb Serving Championship, Polish Champion in Goose Serving, Polish Champion in Fish Dishes (“Cod Harvest”), Runner-up in “Sturgeon and Caviar Dishes,” second place in the “Culinary Masters Rally,” second place in the “What a Pâté” competition, and winner of the “Archimagirus” competition. He has also represented his craft in the Polish Culinary Cup.
A fan of the Mini brand, when not in the kitchen, he enjoys exploring the underwater world through diving or hiking in the mountains.

Kurt Sheller
Swiss, originally from Lucerne, infected with a passion for cooking. He has gained experience on almost every continent. He has developed his career in countries such as England, Spain, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Russia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, Ecuador and Jamaica. He has worked for top hotel chains. He has been involved with Poland since 1991. Creator of the “Chef’s Table” idea initiated at the Rialto Hotel in Warsaw. He has been running the Culinary Academy since 2002. Winner of many prestigious awards, member and founder of many culinary organizations. Juror in culinary competitions, awarded the Grand Croix de l’order Etole d’Europe and the Polish Culinary Oscar.
